Our dream pillows are muslin bags filled with different aromatic herbs that are placed between the pillow and pillow case on the side you sleep on. (Not under the pillow)  While sleeping your head crushes the herbs and releases their scents.  Packaged in ziplock bags to preserve freshness, you can switch them out depending on your mood, and they will last much longer than large pillows constantly exposed to the air.

-The herbs in the pillow will maintain their scent for months. You may want to store them in plastic bags when you are not using them to maintain the scent longer.

-If using dream pillow with babies, you should place the pillow under the crib sheet to avoid a choking hazard.
